She made things work and was able to come over and preform the euthanasia on my pet rat. I never thought anyone would take my request seriously, let alone take the time to make it work. "I have known Dr. Jen Gilbert long before she was Dr. Jen. I first knew her when she was in high school and before she was old enough to drive. She would work every weekend at Fox Run Farm caring for the lesson horses in order to afford riding lessons. She was very caring and compassionate in the care she gave the horses. She continued her education through college and vet school. She has been practicing veterinary medicine for quite a few years now, treating dogs, cats and at times horses. She remains very competent, caring and compassionate in her care of her patients and their owners. There is no one better to give compassionate, kind care when pets are in the final stage of their lives. I have trusted her with this final act of kindness for my dog. She is now offering this service to many pets and pet parents. This service is invaluable to the comfort of pets and their owners. I highly recommend this service and Dr. Jen Gilbert to provide this end-of-life care to pet parents for their pets. "

"Our experience began a few days before, when I made the dreaded call no fur parent wants to make. The wonderful women on the phone allowed me to cry it out and answered many of our questions concerning the process and what to expect. A few days later Dr. Gilbert came to our home and provided a beautiful, peaceful passing for our fur baby. She was very informative and allowed us to ask any questions we had about the process.
